How do I enroll in Online Banking?
Contact us or visit one of our locations to enroll in online banking. One of our representatives will walk you through the online banking enrollment process in just minutes.
How do I transfer money between accounts?
Transfer funds between your Bank of the Flint Hills' accounts or make a payment on your loan. We've outlined eight simple steps below to allow for quick and easy money transferring.
- Visit our website or mobile app and enter your banking ID.
- Notice a list of your accounts and a drop-down menu of activities for each account will appear.
- Select 'Transfers' from the drop-down menu to the right of the account or click the 'Transfers' tab on the menu bar.
- Select 'New' from the menu above and click the 'Add Transfer' from the drop-down menu on the right-hand side. (*Transfer tab on mobile app appears slightly different)
- Select an account to transfer funds to, as well as an amount and transfer frequency.
- Notice if you are transferring funds to a checking or savings account, no payment options will be available. If you are transferring funds to a loan***, choose how the payment should be applied.
- Click 'Submit' when you are ready to complete the funds transfer.
- A confirmation of the transfer will display.
***Loan transfers to principal or interest only will not advance the payment date. Loan payment options should be set up with your loan officer. Payment options differ by loan type.
What are e-statements?
Bank of the Flint Hills offers electronic statements to all customers.

How do I reorder checks?
We recommend you reorder checks through Deluxe Corp. as they offer tamper-resistant checks and guarantee complete accuracy. However, we are always happy to order them for you. Simply call your favorite bank and ask to have assistance in reordering checks.
What do I do if my debit is lost or stolen?
We know losing your debit card can be stressful. That’s why at Bank of the Flint Hills we’ll do everything we can to put your mind at ease and take the steps needed to prevent financial losses or identity theft.
How do I access my transaction history?
Viewing your transaction history is easy. If you are an Online Banking and/or Mobile Banking customer, follow these five steps:
- Visit our online banking site (or App) and enter your banking ID.
- Notice a list of your accounts will appear on the left and a drop-down menu of activities for each account will appear on the right.
- Click the account name you wish to view and it will take you to the "Transaction History" page.

How do I stop a payment?
As a Bank of the Flint Hills' customer, you can stop a payment via your Online Banking account. We do require a signed document to place the stop payment. If you proceed and file the request through your online banking, we will need a printed and signed copy dropped to us at any location within ten days.
- Visit our Online Banking site and enter your banking ID.
- A list of your account names will appear on the left and a drop-down menu of activities for each account will display on the right.
- Select 'Stop Payments' from the account drop-down menu or click the 'Stop Payment' tab on the menu bar.
- Stop payments added previously will display. Click 'Add Stop Payment', fill in the required fields and click 'Submit'.
- A confirmation page will display. Print this page for your records and sign. Please take to the closest location for processing.

How can I view the balance on my Bank of the Flint Hills loan?
Viewing your Bank of the Flint Hills' loan balance is easy!
- Log into Online Banking (or mobile device)
- Click on the specific loan account you want to view.
- Click on Account Information (under the loan) for detailed information on loan rate, term, etc.
How can I check my Visa gift card balance from Bank of the Flint Hills?
Card balances can be obtained 24/7 through www.ppdMoney.com or by calling (866) 208-3282

How do I join the Legacy Club?
Are you 50 years or older and enjoy receiving perks like great discounts and fun social gatherings? If you have a collective deposit relationship with Bank of the Flint Hills of $1,500 or more, you can apply to be a Legacy Club member.
What is a travel card?
A travel card from Bank of the Flint Hills takes the stress out of traveling. Eliminate the worry about exchange rates or having cash stolen and focus on the important things.
What is the daily cut-off time for submitting deposits?
At a bank location:
Deposits made at any bank location before close (drive-up) will be posted on that days' business.
(Saturday will be on Monday's business)
- Alma: 5:30 pm
- Manhattan East: 6:00 pm
- Wamego Main: 4:00 pm
- Wamego Lincoln (WTC location): 6:00 pm
Using your mobile device:
Using Mobile Deposit, you can deposit checks anytime, anywhere. However, for processing purposes, anything deposited after the daily cut-off time (5pm CST) will be processed on the following business day.
**Mobile deposits will not show on the account until it is processed.
What are Bank of the Flint Hills' hours and locations?
Bank of the Flint Hills has four bank locations located in Manhattan, Wamego and Alma.
When will I see my deposit in my “Account Transactions” list?
Your deposit will appear within your "Account Transactions" history on your online banking immediately after a deposit. Mobile deposits will not show on the account until they are processed.
How do I enroll in Mobile Banking?

How to enroll in Mobile Banking:
- Login to Online Banking through a desktop.
- Once you login, tap 'Options' and then 'Mobile Settings'. Enable web access for your mobile device.
- Tap in the box to 'Accept' the Mobile Banking disclosure. Then, 'Submit'.
- Complete the mobile web settings screen, Submit. A text message will be sent stating you have enrolled your device.
- Click on the URL via your text message online alert to access the site via the browser.
- Log in and enjoy your banking experience!
OR: if you want to use the App - follow these steps
- Login to Online Banking through a desktop.
- Once you login, tap 'Options' and then 'Mobile Settings'. Enable web access for your mobile device.
- Tap in the box to 'Accept' the Mobile Banking disclosure. Then, 'Submit'.
- Complete the mobile web settings screen, Submit.
- Search for the Bank of the Flint Hills Mobile App from the store of your choice. It is free to download!
- Login using the same ID and Password as you use for Online Banking
- Click “Agree” to the Mobile Terms and tap “Continue”. You are ready to use the Mobile App!
Can I change my password through the Mobile Banking App?
No, you cannot willingly change your password through the Mobile Banking App. In order to update your password, please login to your Online Banking account.
In the instance where your password is being reset by the bank (due to expiration or you have been locked out) we will prompt you through the app to reset the password. At this time, for your safety and security, that is the only time you will be allowed to change your password through the app.
What information is stored on my phone through Mobile Banking?
With Mobile Banking, no information is stored on your phone. It is best if you do not set your Online Banking ID and Password to be remembered by your phone. Also, as a security precaution, you should not store your credentials in the notepad or address book of your mobile device.
